This project focused on the careful repair of a timber back door and adjoining wooden window sill that had both deteriorated due to prolonged weather exposure and general wear. The client wanted to preserve the original character of the property while ensuring the repaired elements were weatherproof, secure, and visually in keeping with the rest of the home.

The damaged sections of the door frame and sill were removed and expertly rebuilt using seasoned hardwood, chosen to match the existing timber. All joints were sealed, surfaces were sanded back to bare wood, traditional joinery techniques were used to ensure structural integrity and a seamless finish.
